Welcome! CMC Angus is a purebred cattle ranch owned and operated by Chris and Crystal, in beautiful Gilmer, Texas, just twenty miles from Longview. At CMC Angus, our goal is to provide the absolute best quality genetics to our customers. Our females and bulls face diverse conditions, from the summer heat to East Texas winters. All of our females must show natural maternal instincts, able to care for their own calves, and have excellent utters, feet, and disposition.
At CMC Angus we are always using the latest technology to develop and improve our herd, and to ensure excellent genetics for customer satisfaction. We will continue to strive to be a leading producer of purebred Angus, and to strengthen our herd, for a successful operation. Our starter herd came from several of the top AI sires, carrying superior genetics. Our ranch houses Lesikar ranch heifers and 44 Farms bulls purchased from our fellow Angus friends at 1860 Farms.
